Gta5 Rebalanced Bullet Penetration
Description:
Lets be honest Gta5 has terrible penetration, with things like couches and tv's stopping
bullets like its ballistic armor, well I have made a fix for it.
Bullets now penetrate through objects like doors, wooden walls,
cheap metal, thin concrete, tires, plastic, tv screens, and a whole lot more.
You now have to consider where you take cover and where you shoot to prevent
collateral damage. Giving it you immersive experience.
(This mod works with gta5 enhanced as well)
Installation:
Assuming you already have basic knowledge of installing mods.
Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/materials
drag and drop the materials.dat file into the given location.
Same goes for Enhanced, but you have to use codewalker.
Bugs:
No known bugs, but feel free to leave recommendations in the comments.

Do they go through cars though? and if they do, do they go through armored cars though?
There was a previous bullet penetration mod here on the site, that did allowed bullet penetration on vehicles, but, it would do so too on armored cars, is there any way to make that happen?
Alsoo, human penetration (Pun not intended) is lacking in here
I guess bullets also deal more damage to vehicles, at least that's how it worked in other mods
@thalilmythos First of all, in real life bullets do not go through cars and frequent as you think. Second, enabling the vehicle penetration, will cause it to go through every car which is annoying, and human penetration depends on the weapon, and you can also use a mod like immersive combat.

@thalilmythos Yes that is partially true, 9mm and 45 acp do not penetrate like rifles do.

Either way, I know it's a videogame, s'all good, I already had the experience of bulletproof vehicles being penetrated due to trying to use a mod like this, and I'd rather not have anything do it at all, keeping it movielike and shit.
